But Christian's mission goes deeper than deals. As the founder of HER Space CRE, a commercial real estate school empowering women to break into and dominate the industry, she's changing the face of who succeeds in real estate. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA) 2025, is an active mentor, educator, and the creative mind behind "Fresh Kicks & Fresh Moves" — her signature content series blending sneaker culture with real estate wisdom.
